I’m a simple person when it comes to sushi, which makes me the unofficial King of California Rolls. It’s my go-to order at every sushi spot I visit. And let me tell you, Sugoi Sushi near Planet Fitness in sunny Corvallis absolutely nails it—plus, it’s under $10! Honestly, it makes me wonder how so many other sushi joints manage to suck so badly.
At Sugoi Sushi, you sit down in front of a conveyor belt of sushi goodness. (It actually reminds me of the luggage carousel at the airport, but way more exciting.)
