The culture of my business: I offer trauma-informed movement classes and sessions that emphasize restoring familiarity and comfort with your body and building confidence in your physical capacities.
My work is guided by a personal commitment to integrity, accountability, and walking my talk. I practice everything I teach, and I teach from my own lived experience.
Why my business is important to our community: Discomfort with the body is basically the name of the game in our culture. I know this can be different, and offer tools to help shift the way you experience your body.
My assessment is that we could be happier and more fulfilled -- with less stuff and fewer distractions -- if we prioritize feeling at ease inside our own skin.
Our relationships with each other also improve when we feel grounded. We're less likely to become reactive in difficult situations. Being in the body changes everything.
